I have been making a few pieces for the Fairtrade Gold stand at International Jewellery London, stand number B38; there will be seven other jewellers work, on show as well. The new pieces are a development from a collection of safety pin inspired jewellery, which is made in silver. The gold pieces are super fine and are made in nine carat gold. All of the pieces have been hallmarked with the Fairtrade hallmark, which is exciting. International Jewellery London is an annual trade fair held at Kensington, Olympia, London. It is a three day industry event, which runs from Sunday 1St September 2019, through to Tuesday the 3Rd of September 2019. I will be visiting the stand through the duration of the show. The pieces which have been made are earrings, a pendant and bracelet.
