Information on deliveries

The jewellery is made to order and will take up to three weeks to make and send by insured post.

Deliveries, lost and delayed

Farah Qureshi will only be able to deal with a lost item 30 days after being dispatched, internationally and 20 days in the U.K. However will not be held responsible for delayed or lost items.  It is advisable when making an order to have the jewellery delivered to your home address.

Postage terms and conditions

Shipping in the UK is free with any purchase over the value of £150.00. Delivery will take up to seven working days.

Standard delivery will be £3.50 and will take up to 5 working days excluding weekends

Special delivery will be £10.00 and items will arrive the next day, excluding Sunday. If posted after 5pm on Friday the items will arrive on Monday.

Delivery to Europe will be £13.00

World wide delivery will be 20.00 for items valued up to £3,000

Packaging

The packaging will be sent in a Farah Qureshi jewellery box and can be gift wrapped on request.

Refunds/ Returns Policy

Commissioned jewellery cannot be refunded unless faulty ( for example if a piece has been damaged during carriage)  If you would like to return an item of jewellery please send it back within 14 days of delivery in an unworn condition and in its original packaging and an exchange can be made.

If a piece of jewellery is faulty and to be returned please email farah@farahqureshi.co.uk. Guidelines can be given on how to proceed with the return of the jewellery.

It is important when sending back an item to send it back via a tracking service and to insure the item for the value of the piece as Farah Qureshi cannot be held responsible for any items returned which are lost in transit.  Delivery charges cannot be refunded, for the original order. International customs and duties and sales taxes are not refundable outside of the European community.

Repairs

There is a repair service available for goods that are repairable.  Faulty goods or goods that are damaged on arrival or which have a manufacturing fault can be repaired within a period of six months.  Wear and tear will not be considered a fault.

With regards to the satin finish of certain items, this finish is not permanent and the jewellery over time will develop a shine.

Please check the jewellery carefully when receiving the item.

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Please ensure when ordering a ring the ring sizing is correct.  If a ring is to be resized this will be subject to a charge.

Refunds can be made within 30 working days on receiving the original item and will be credited in the same manner as the payment was taken.
